With the additional game board the players can explore Cuba even further, in no less than 8 rounds! El Presidente is cruising the Carribean Island in his characteristic blue Chevy and he can set all kinds of game play in motion.
El Presidente gives you 6 additional characters for even more strategic choices. In every game round the players play one of the new Cuban characters. Timing is of the essence, since characters like the Dancer, the Harbour Master and the Revolutionary can only be played by one player in a game round.
The President
At the end of each round one Cuban remains. The President pays him a visit and then, depending on where the Cuban was on the board, things are set in motion.
Will every law proposal be accepted? Will every player receive market goods? Can the Foreman play his part in the next round?
The players make collective decisions. At the beginning of the next round the Cubans are replaced on random locations on the board.
Extras!
Extra gaming materials are included: new buildings such as the Press Agency and the Customs Bureau can be added to the original Cuba game. Extra ships with a special question make for extra possibilities. Even building materials can be shipped now. New laws are introduced.
